Online Customer Service Center

 

Our online inventory and account management system is very sophisticated, and provides many tools we make available to our business customers.  For instance, a customer can log into our system, review their orders, invoices, payment history, and the like. 

 

To improve order processing, our business customers can access an old order, use it to populate a new order, modify it, and submit the order.  This helps expidite the order, improve accuracy, and simplifies tracking of the types of products being ordered.

 

And, we will constantly improve this feature to provide custom searches and reports that aid our customers as they manage their businesses.
